Remembering the hot period last year (2018) we decided to have two domestic a/c units fitted early in 2019 - a couple of super silent (keep the wife happy) Mitsubishi units which performed brilliantly during the recent hot 30 deg + spell we have just had - so very pleased I had it done, particularly as Jacob was an aircon information centre and had an answer to every query I had prior to installation and provided me the peace of mind to go ahead - in short a great company to deal with at sensible price levels backed by a professional installation team - whenever I need a/c again I wont go anywhere else as Sub-Cool FM ticked every box and more.

I was looking to have A/C installed in my London flat and had quotes from a few companies but decided to go with Sub Cool FM because it was immediately obvious from meeting Jacob that he is passionate about his work and a bit of a perfectionist. Small touches like the pure white trunking rather than the usual industrial 'cream' make a big difference to the aesthetics in a residential install. They even painted the retaining screws white to blend in.I was given a choice of various options at different price points and ended up opting for two Mitsubishi Electric Zen units.The installation took 3 working days - the team were friendly and professional. They put protective matts down to protect the floor and tidied up any mess before leaving.During the recent 33c heatwave the units performed amazingly. Having used a noisy portable AC previously I am staggered at the difference in noise levels and performance. They zen units themselves are virtually silent if the fan is on low and the outdoor condenser is also whisper quiet which is important if you want to keep the neighbours happy! More...

Sub-Cool FM have been a great credit to my building company for the coffee arabica coffee chain. Crawley, Brighton, Horsham, Welling, PettsWood & Ipswich all have Sub Cool FM A/C units. We chose them over others for one simple reason, Jacob is in love with his industry. We looked him up , reading his blogs, he was true to his wordJacob is quite clear in how the costs of different units can catch up with you in later years VS usage & performance.He offered us best in class Mitsubishi Electric units, where others offered lower budget Mitsi heavy for the same price.Every site Jacob Ran like clockwork, even reminding me of my army days. They were fist on site on each job, & last to leave. Excellent guidance on options, fast efficient installation and overcame some unexpected challenges without breaking their stride. Very stylish units and the unexpected surprise of finding that changing from our electric heaters to the air conditioning they fitted has reduced our electricity bill by two thirds! There are certain issues and aspects to our industry we can help with over the phone or via our YouTube channel - to resolve common issues like settings on remote controls to WIFI set ups these can be achieved with a phone call. More technical issues would require a site visit.
