My Goldendoodle Murphy, has only seen Caroline (& Bill) 3 times to help him get used to the whole ‘new to him’ process of being groomed. Caroline is brilliant with him, patient, calm and soothing. I was amazed how well he took to his 1st, 2nd and his 3rd visits, each time Caroline doing a little bit more with him. He stands letting whatever needs to be done with calm acceptance. We take our Cockapoo every 6 weeks for a wash trim and brush up and cannot recommend this service highly enough. "Rupert" is always relaxed and happy to visit Caroline & Bill and comes out smelling sweet and looking good.
