Hi, I am a fully qualified and insured Person centred existential counsellor. This means you are always in control of your own therapy. I will listen to your needs, be guided by you at all times and we will work towards whatever goals YOU wish to set at a pace that works for you. I am currently offering online/telephone sessions for clients in accordance with social distancing requirements.

Areas of work:
I work with clients on a range of issues including stress and anxiety, depression, work related issues, relationship and family concerns, finding life direction, eating disorders, domestic and sexual abuse among many others. I specialise in self identity issues. All work whether on line or face to face takes place in a safe, confidential and empathic environment.
