Everything went perfectly from scheduling and billing, through the receipt of our report. We live several states away and are purchasing a vacation home on the lake, so could not attend the inspection in person. But my brother-in-law, who is very knowledgeable in all things construction, attended and said John did an excellent and extremely thorough job. As first-time home buyers, John took his time to explain his process and even gave tips on how to maintain the home. With his previous experience has a contractor, he also helped guide us on the logistics of potential project ideas and let us know what to expect working with contractors. Extremely informative and gives very sound advice.
