Jack is a Top Top trainer. I've been training with him 2 years on and off and he get results for everyone. I "try" and do Hiit training with some boxing pad work and i love the fact that i am actually doing the same stuff as the world champion boxer he trains. He's the best about. Great mix between getting results, mixing it up and keeping it enjoyable. Top work! More...
