What’s your interior design process?
Studio JARI LLC offers its clients a full-service interior design process, working closely with each client from the initial consultation through post-construction support. The company’s process and services for each new project is broadly outlined as follows:
- Programming (Predesign): Gather Information; Interview clients/users and assess needs/wishes, Visit/document site, Create develop component modules for application to the spaces
- Schematics: Development of preliminary design decisions, Preliminary floor plans reflecting adjacencies, Preliminary design sketches, Preliminary materials
- Design Development: Development of design intent decisions, Development of detail plans and details, Comprehensive specification of materials, Development of budgets
- Construction Documents: Final preparation of construction (working) drawings, Schedules and specifications required to build the project.
- Construction Observation(Contract Administration): Administration to ensure that the design intent delineated in the Contract Documents is implemented, through site observation, coordination with contractors/consultants, and review of submittals and shop drawings.
