Just completed 8 months of early morning (3 PTs a week) with Studio Fitness Cork. I Cannot say how grateful I am to all the crew of Personal trainers who were there at 6am to help me achieve . I started in studio fitness April last year weighing my heaviest at 17 stone I previously tried everything else to lose weight and could never stick to it. I started off with a 6 week personal training programme and was so happy with the support I got from everyone in studio fitness that I decided to continue, I am now down over 2 and a half stone and couldn't be happier. The team there are so welcoming and really encouraging that it makes going to the gym easy (never thought I would say that), I would highly recommend studio fitness to anyone struggling to stick to a weight loss programme.
