The owner and employees are amazing here along with the food. I went on Wednesday early afternoon to get some take out and was very happy with what I was welcomed with when I walked in. Right as I stepped in, the owner and the chef were greeting me and starting conversation with me. The menu has everything on there that I could want, but unfortunately I could only order two things. I ordered the french toast and The Orleans Scramble both of which were very tasty and left my wife and me wanting more in the best way possible. The owner, Bert, has an amazing picture of what this place can be and I plan on supporting his vision for as long as they’re around. Good job guys, can’t wait for my next visit! More...

Location is sweet, offering parking in a lot in rear; interior is big, very bright and sunny with clean, white interior; everything is made in house, except the bagels; the jerk sandwich is seasoned just enough and blends well with the sauce and smoked gouda; BEIGNETS are the best outside New Orleans; service EXCELLENT; the owner might be your server. Bert and his staff once again exceeded our expectations with their hospitality and wonderful menu. With its down to earth staff and welcoming ambiance. It is my opinion Studio B will quickly become a "must visit" when in Trenton. With support from the community Studio B can easily become a reason to come to Trenton. More...

Jan and I enjoyed seeing this place open and ready to please. We look forward to returning as the menu develops and expands but I would eat the french toast and eggs over and over. Best wishes to the chef as he establishes himself in the neighborhood. More...

My husband, daughter and I went for a late Sat brunch for my BDay. We were very impressed with the menu selection and delighted that the items we selected tasted as good as they sound. The Mango Chicken & Waffles were excellent and the Eggs Scramble was mouth watering. I'd recommend Studio B and would hope that this community embrace them and be patient as they work out their new business kinks which to me were very minimal and not even worth pointing out. More...

Great spot! The owner is very friendly and welcomes you with a smile and great conversation. When you are here, you are right at home. He makes sure everyone is satisfied and he truly takes pride in his business. Amazing food with a Louisiana feel to it. Classic white plates, Mason jar cups, Sandwiches, pastas, and salads! Make sure to leave room for the superb desserts! Beignets to die for! My nieces loved the red velvet cupcakes! More...

This place is amazing. Great food, atmosphere, artwork and music. Today I came by and they had a tea tasting. That was a nice surprise/treat. You can bring your laptop and enjoy New Orleans dishes and some with a twist. The owner is really nice as well and heard they have comedy nights. This is the spot to go regularly. I will be back! I have been looking for a good local creative breakfast place for a long time... I found it at Studio B! We were welcomed with big smiles, and family warmth. The overall vibe is a casual charming hospitality that stems from the sincerity of Burt. The coffee was fresh, good and in a generous mug. I ate the orleans scramble and will order that many more times. My husband had the french toast w/ eggs. He was very happy with the full flavors. We finished up with an order of beignets that was truly decadent. We left full, caffeinated, and happy!! More...

This post is from Frank Sasso. I borrowed my wife's phone because I choose not to have a facebook account. I find it is extremely anti-social media. However, on occasion it just seems to still seep into my life from time to time. That being said, i for one, am so tired of reading posts from people who feel they need to "get the word out" about issues (more like non issues) they have with Studio B. Hey Dan Dodson and Bill Kearney, if you hate it that much, don't go in anymore. My business is in Trenton, some of my clients are in Trenton. I bring clients to Studio B. I want studio B to succeed, so I bring my clients there and I frequent it. Yes, there have been times when I had to wait. My wife and i even wrote a negative review once back in the beginning, which we have later rescinded realizing that a bad review is not going to help Trenton or its businesses. Running home to tattletale on a restaurant because you didnt like it or were inconvenienced, doesnt help anyone. Like any new business, it's going to have some bumps at the start. Dan, Bill, if you feel you can do better, then the two of you should pool your money and open a cafe up the block and please understand, the second you serve me a muffin 10 seconds too late, I just may "get the word out" on my podcast. Here's the point everyone, I don't mind someone leaving a bad review for a place once, but not over and over again. Dan, Bill if you guys have nothing going on in your life and need to fill your time with something, come over to my house. I have a room that needs painting and I have no problem putting a brush in your hands. Give Studio B a break already. Stop being part of the problem and be part of the solution. If you're offended by this post, let's talk about it, men to men, over a cup of coffee... at studio B. My treat. More...

I love this place. I frequent it often with my "lunch bunch" we try something different every time. I always reccomend this establishment to others. The atmosphere is relaxed and the environment is hip. Love the music, servers, chef and owner. Kenny Lewis's artwork certainly adds to the bistro's ambience. I get disappointed when I can't have my favorite pastry, guess I don't time it rightplease consider serving breakfast all day and I have a personal request that you add gumbo to the menu. Wish you the best! More...

While NJ is known for its diners, my girlfriend and I were pleasantly pleased during our visit to Studio B Bakery and Bistro. There were several menu items we wanted to try; however our eyes are bigger than our stomachs! We started out with the collard green spring rolls (served with a delish chutney relish), and settled on chicken with waffles and French toast for our main entrees. The food…very tasty, the owner…very gracious and the atmosphere…very inviting! Luckily we saved room for the made to order, beignets….warm fluffy deliciousness! We look forward to returning to try different entrees, more spring rolls and more beignets!! To the owners, congrats on your venture….we wish you all the best! More...

This is a spot you must visit when it comes to what Trenton has to offer.

Since we aren't from the area, looking for a parking was a bit hard for us. The restaurant is right by the traffic light so be aware to not miss it.

We visited on Sunday, and were told some of the items were not available on the menu due to the weekend business, that's very understandable.

Coffee was well picked, sweet treats was just perfect.

Two different dishes we picked one was great and one was a bit dried, plus the way the fish was served breaded and fried, If it was companied with sauce it would be super.

Front counter staff was friendly, just need to study her menu a little more & knowing what not available each day will be helpful, being told three times that the dish we wanted were available was a bit annoying

We enjoyed our first visit and looking forward to return to check out their brunch menu which look super yummy.

Trenton, you got restaurant you should be super proud of. Hope you continue your support to your great small business.

Flew in from Atlanta and my first stop was Studio B. Our experience was fantastic. The staff was amazing. The menu was on point. Momz Rice, the French toast and the crab cake Benedict was outstanding.
The beignets are the truth. We will definitely be back on our next visit.
Bert it was a pleasure to meet you, wishing you all the Best!!!
