I've been to the salon before, about a year ago, and it was ok.. I took my daughter in recently, and they've made some nice changes. The stylist we normally use was no longer there.. so we tried Jordan. She is ah-mazing!! She listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions and delivered. She did a great job with my daughters hair and accomplishing the style she wanted.. We will definitely be going back. I have been looking for a new stylist for a while. I moved too far away from my long time stylist so I was on the hunt! Danielle did my daughter's hair so I thought I would give it a go. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone I met in there was pleasant and kind and I enjoyed the decor of the salon. I was very relaxed!Honestly this salon is walking distance to my house so it's very convenient, but some reviews made me worry and I didn't try it until four years later. I guess some people might be impossible because I found nothing not to like! I will be back! I came here to see Jordan Niland a few months ago for color and cut. When I initially walked in the front was so welcoming. She came and introduced herself and was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. I've never gotten a balayage done before so I was a little nervous to see how it was going to turn out. She did an absolute phenomenal job!!!! The color stayed for the longest time, like months after she did my hair where as usually it would wash away when I'd go elsewhere. I’d like to start with WOW!!! From walking in for my appointment to walking out feeling like a model my entire experience was fantastic! The receptionist was off for the day and the owners wife was there helping and from the moment I walked in she was so friendly and uplifting that I forgot about the stressful day of work that had just ended. I was offered a mimosa while I waited, and all of the staff was so friendly and talked with me on and off during my whole visit, the owner even offered to go get me dinner knowing it was late and I had worked all day. Dani did my hair and did AMAZING!!! Being my first visit and knowing nothing about the salon I was worried being the last appointment I’d be rushed out so they could get home, that was not the case at all!! I was more than satisfied and cannot wait to go back the friendly atmosphere alone is worth another visit not to mention how amazing my hair looks and how great it feels! She walked me through what all she would be doing and the products she would be using. I was also impressed with all the other services she performs. I had a pretty poor experience a while back at the salon concerning an eyebrow wax. After debating for quite a while, I decided to share my poor experience in an online review. Not long after, I received an email from the owner. He wanted an opportunity to change my opinion of them. I was offered a free eyebrow wax, and since they are the only ones I have found who use wax that doesn’t cause damage to my skin, I decided to take advantage of the offer. I actually decided to have an entire face wax done, and was very pleased with the service. When my service was complete, the owner invited me into his office to have a discussion of my latest experience and express his thanks for allowing them to turn things around. I was shocked at the one on one conversation, since rarely does a business go that far above and beyond to make certain one individual client is pleased. I, having been involved with customer service in a big way in the past, am very sensitive to good or poor customer service. I am very happy to have had my opinion of Studio 720 Salon turned around. I will continue to use and recommend them. I have been assured, and believe, they are making great strides and improvements in their services and standards. I had a great experience here. I got platinum highlights done by Diddie and they came out beautiful, also she was very sweet and attentive. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, the staff was very sweet to her and I and the owner especially went out of her way to make my daughter comfortable. I would highly recommend this salon.UPDATE: I have been coming here for a while now and have been very happy. Recently I went full head platinum blonde, think Gwen Stefani or Khalessi from Game of Theones!! Diddie and Roberto did the treatment and it came out beautiful. They were so patient and attentive and cared very much about the integrity of my hair, we did a lot to it and I have minimal damage. We did it in 2 appointments which I defiantly didn’t mind because a process like this takes time. They were so professional the entire time and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Also the owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet ... Had a fantastic experience with Jordan!! Girl knows how to do blonde right! She did an amazing ombre/balayage on me. The color blends so nicely and naturally and looks great.
