It's a nice place to host your events. There are 2 floors with a rooftop patio. The elevator did break but they allowed egress via the frieght elevator.

This venue is special. It's a one of a kind venue -- you can make the space as personalized as you'd like for your event or wedding -- I haven't seen anything like it in the city. I've been to multiple events here and the space looked and felt completely different each time because it's such a flexible space to design for your taste. I just had my daughter's Bat Mitzvah on Sunday in Studio 450 and despite being still in the clouds I want to share our most terrific experience with Studio450. It exceeded all our expectations. The venue is beautiful with an amazing breathtaking view. It truly felt like being in a movie. All was so pretty. The staff/manager helped us throughout every step of the way assisting us in making the event so successful. Jane the manager has been great and made sure that everything worked out perfectly; always available with advice and suggestions. We are very fortunate and already plan our future events in this venue. There is no venue like this in NYC and the cost is very reasonable for all what we got in return. It is a great event space, just a bit off the beaten path. It is very spacious and it has a kitchen area, as well as a huge elevator for those going in and out of the building.

Venue is beautiful ! Staff is very accommodating and will help with any special needs to make the event perfect. All of my guests were very impressed with the NYC views and having access to the terrace. I would recommend this venue to anyone that needs to have an event. I think your experience here will vary a lot by what event you attend but the view in amazing. You can see the Empire State Building, the Freedom Tower and the developing Hudson Yards projects. I attended a fund raiser dinner here and a had a great time. The space was good and open but the highlight really was the rooftop. We rented Studio 450 for a non-profit event in June and it was perfect. All our guests loved the venue, and even though it's a raw space, the views and the rooftop don't require a lot of decorating to make it an exceptional event space. My wife and I decided to plan out our wedding instead of using a wedding planner. I thought that this process would be very stressful but we had favor with the venue (Studio 450) and our other vendors. Studio 450 was very helpful with this process. They shared with me a list of their preferred vendors which turned out to offer the best service and prices. I was able to get the appropriate insurance and licenses needed for the wedding/reception with ease. And the place is just amazing! Our wedding pictures came out GREAT! This venue is amazing! Extremely versatile for literally any type of event, great full commercial kitchen (hard to find), and stunning views all around. And that is only the 12th floor! Cheers! We just got married last weekend. It was perfect. The night was magical and fun. Everyone loved the loft and had a blast! The weather was unbeleiveable for March too. We were all outside for cocktails enjoyong the views and spring weather. I never would have believed this would the case in March. My daughter was just married here this past weekend. I was appalled to read the posted reviews! We had 200 people for a black tie Wedding reception and it was wonderful. The comments about catering issues have nothing to do with the venue! Each customer brings in their own caterer. You book the space, and then you book whoever you prefer for food, flowers, music, etc. Studio 450 was clean, and flexible with our vendors. Wonderful event! More...

It is gorgeous has a view over the hudson river, very big love that its a penthouse with that optional indoor outdoor availability. Got to fall in love with incredible views of the city. It is facing the Husdon river right ahead of it and even the new yorker sign not to far off!!!
