I’ve been going to Circuit 14 for a few months now.. I was so scared to step into the building because who isn’t easily intimidated by a gym but really it was so far from that. Studio 14 is great! The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating. The workouts change all the time so it never gets boring and they offer a variety of class times each day. Definitely give Studio 14 a try!

Great place to work out! Clean and bright facility. Sara is an excellent personal trainer. I've been a member for 1 1/2 years. I've done both the classes and personal training. I LOVE all of it. Jay is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition among other things. I love that it is a smaller boutique style gym. Everyone knows each other, says hello, and its almost like family. I would definitely recommend this gym! As a working mom of 2 I have FINALLY found a gym that I love that works in my schedule! Jay has been so accommodating with the schedule (I take a 3:30 class 2x a week) and the workouts he creates challenge me in the perfect amount of time, 30 minutes! I was one of the people that would stare at the posts made by Jay for personal training, and I'd always come up with reasons to not reach out. After my daughter passed away, I needed an outlet, I needed something to work towards. I walked into his studio and immediately was met with a warm atmosphere filled with machines ready to help someone change their life. From the beginning, Jay was VERY honest about all the work that needs to go into nutrition, not just the workouts. In just 30 days, I lost 14 pounds and finally started feeling like maybe I can overcome all the damage I have done to my body over the last twelve years from alcoholism, addiction and depression. I have so much work to do with him yet, but the first step to success is showing up. I have learned so much about how to properly power lift, eat right and appreciate the work I do everyday. I've been seeing Jay for about a month n a half now. I first walked in mentally and physically drained. Great studio with fantastic trainers! They focus on making sure that you are getting the most out of your workout, while being safe! They work to cater all exercises to your personal level, whether beginner, intermediate and advanced and there is no judgement from anyone within the studio on your ability to complete an exercise! I found jay about a year ago. I was lost. I needed someone to help push me and teach me. After my ACL surgery I reached out to him with a goal. I wanted to compete, I thought it was out of the question due to the fact I had no muscle in my left leg. When I met him, he was nothing but professional and kind. When I told him about my goal, he asked me what I was waiting for. From that day on he taught me more than I could have dreamed of. Pushed me to my limits and answered every “dumb” question I had. He never gave up on me, and believed in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself. 6 months later I stepped on the stage with him by myself cheering me on! I couldn’t imagine doing that without him. I just started with Jay a little over a month ago, and I am already seeing results. Before I started going, I could barely motivate myself to get out and take a walk; now, I'm consistently working out with him, doing work outs at home, and with the help of Tea, eating better, too. I've been training here for about three months now and I look forward to every class. Class sizes are small (3 - 5 people) and the trainers (Jay, Justin, and Vanessa) work hard to make them challenging, but doable, by modifying exercises according to each person's goals. One thing I appreciate most is the trainer's consideration of previous injuries. I've found that at some places trainers or instructors promote a "push through the pain" mentality, but Jay and his trainers care more about your long-term health and relationship with fitness than a short-term gain.
