My individual therapy practice is geared toward helping families navigate the middle school and high school years. Parents are faced with many challenges today that can make raising teens more difficult than ever. I provide therapy for teens experiencing a problem - stress, worry, self-doubt, school problems, social or academic pressure. With a career in public education and working with kids of all ages, my strategies to help teens are designed to engage them in their therapy.

I also provide coaching for parents and parent education including workshops, classes, and individual sessions.
