Cheers Stuart for all the help. In under 6 months you've helped me go from couch potato to running 5k Parkruns, cycling 70miles, completed the 25 mile Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge and finished my first sprint triathlon with another on Sunday. Just think what the next 6 months will bring! More...

Q&As

By giving them round the clock support in a variety of different ways, be it writing up their programs, to sending them diet plans, or just simply answering any questions they may have about their journey. Once a client starts training with me, I am fully committed to making sure they're both happy and motivated. Whether their goals be weight loss, toning, or simply getting fit, I write fully detailed and personal training and diet plans to ensure each individual person has the best chance to achieve their goals.

Commitment. No dream body is an overnight process, it takes time and effort, and the path will be filled with ups and downs. There will be times when you don't feel like training, or just want to relapse on the diet, but it's all about having the commitment to push through that and focus on what you want to achieve. Its hard work, both during and away from the workouts, but anyone can achieve whatever they want to achieve with enough commitment to the cause.

Seeing the change in people, both physically and mentally. Seeing people actually get to where they want to be is a truly satisfying experience, but seeing people's self esteem increase, seeing their confidence shoot up, and seeing them happy and proud of what they have done is one of the best feelings and it makes all the planning and sessions worth while.

I myself was a big guy, reaching 6'5", weighing in at 20 stone at university and struggling to get up the stairs to lectures. I was at a low point with my self esteem and confidence and wanted to make a change to be better both on the inside and the outside. I then started going to the gym and putting the hours in and over a year I lost 5 stone and was in the best shape of my life. After getting that for myself, I wanted to help other people get to their goals too, so they too could understand that sense of pride and accomplishment.

Simple. I'm 100% committed to making sure my clients get results, and I have a very good track record of doing exactly that.
