My speciality is helping individuals release anxiety , negative emotions and fear; and supporting them to create a more useful way of being.
First,I will listen to whatever you need to say about the problem, however much or little. Then together, we can really clarify what it is you truly want to happen in terms of achieving your desired goals - i.e. how will you know when you have overcome this problem and things are ok? I can then help you let go of the old emotional baggage which has been holding you back. When you have done that then it is time to make those changes and help you become the sort of person who you know you can be.

Anxiety; Depression; Fears and Phobias; Addictions (including smoking, gambling, food etc); Weight loss; Exam nerves; Sleep problems; Feeling wrong and wanting to feel better. Whatever it is you need to change, but willpower alone hasn't been enough, hypnotherapy can be useful.
