Extremely helpful even though we didn't buy from them as they didn't have a van available of the size we needed. What touched me was that they were honest about the size van we would need considering what we were trying to do, even though they didn't have that van available on the day we needed it, and they recommended someone else. Oddly, it was also the safest and most comprehensive, taking time to mention important features of the van. The clean, modern van came with a simple and well structured information pack, tie down bungees and straps, and windscreen cleaning products.
