Each time I catch the train,I was stressed,hectic and nearly missed my train.I have 2 hypnotherapy with Stuart Daniels.I am quite a determined lady. When Stuart asked me to close my eyes,I was so determined not to close my eyes,eventually my eyes just closed. When he asked me to open my eyes,I could not but I did in the end.I catched the train to go home that day,I was so relaxed and nearly fall asleep until the ticket collector said "Ticket Please" . After the hypnotherapy, each time I catch the train,I am not stressed,hectic or missed my train.
