Susie, has a wealth of experience, technique and knowledge. Susie is an excellent teacher too, very adept at getting us to participate and getting responses from us that we didn't even know were in us. The time really flies past at each session much to our surprise. Come and join us if you have the desire to become a thespian. More...

Would thoroughly recommend. Susie stepped in last minute to cover some classes for me at my theatre school. All the kids loved it and learned so much. Very professional. We hope Susie comes to visit again. More...

I have worked alongside Susie for a number of years, and have no hesitation in recommending her. She has worked incredibly closely with our students, building their confidence and devising wonderful drama along the way.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients and students succeed and grow in confidence.
There's nothing like seeing someone who has been in your care smashing it on stage or in front of peers and colleagues.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been working for others, but when my Dad was diagnosed with dementia, I knew I needed to be more flexible.
I love what I do and knew I wanted to stay doing that, and starting my own business was the only way to do that and care for Dad.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am 100% committed to giving clients the best experience, tailoring sessions to their unique needs.
My subject knowledge means I can create a bespoke service, whether someone is sitting an exam, has an audition or simply wants to learn something new.
Moreover, I listen and find ways to encourage people to find their voice.
English tuition
I qualified in 2000 from Homerton College, University of Cambridge. Since then, I also undertook an MA in Shakespeare and Education with the Shakespeare Institute.
For the last 21 years, I have taught English Language and Literature up to GCSE level and Literature to A Level, working across a number of exam boards.
1-2-1 is bespoke to each student, whether they are studying for a qualification or not.
Currently, I offer sessions via zoom and provide opportunities for students to share their work and have it marked against criteria where relevant. This means I can tutor anyone anywhere in the country.
Performing Arts Activities
Weekend and holiday club activities covering a wide range of topics in the Performing Arts.
Ranging from aged 8 to adult, I can offer workshops and activities from Kabuki to Shakespeare, whether you are aiming towards a performance or just want to run a club.
Performing Arts activities can also support learning in other areas of the curriculum, such as English and History.
Half and full day sessions available as well as hourly ones.
See photos for examples of previous activity days.
