How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
After meeting a new customer, we establish the client's goals, I will develop a detailed goal-oriented plan and an expected time frame. Each person will be different from the other and each plan will include lifestyle change suggestions as well as exercise and nutrition advice.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no real secret to getting the body of your dreams. It takes nutrition, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise. The "secret" is understanding how these three things work together to help you lose weight, get toned and get the body of your dreams
What do you love most about your job?
I love transformation stories. I have seen many clients struggle to reach their goals. It is a joy to watch them start and reach their goals. I went through a similar transformation of my own, and I do everything possible to make sure my clients can also feel that wonderful accomplishment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business because I knew I could serve and help my customers. I am able to help my customers where they want and for as long as they want without the intrusion of a corporate entity.
