I came in with a pretty big party. We were all really hungry and it was like pulling teeth to get some bread. Our server didn't pick up that we would rather have some bread now so we ordered appetizers instead of arguing. The artichoke dip with cheesy toast was a picture of perfection. The stuffed mushrooms were on point. My salad was missing croutons but the community bowl of salad was done better. I ordered the balsamic chicken on a bed of stuffed pasta and it came in a little cast iron pan. I had a mocha that was to die for, probably because of the Ghirardelli chocolate. Best Strings Restaurant I've ever been to. Both the food and the decor puts them ahead. For such tasty Italian cuisine, the price is very reasonable. The food was truly terrific, and the wait staff very attentive and super friendly My husband really enjoyed their lasagna tortellini combo, and my son loved a special stuffed pasta entree. I was a little disappointed in how sweet one of the specials was, so ask about the dish in advance if you are put off by strong flavors (I love savory - sweet, not so much) Their selection is large and even creative - something for everyone. I have been back several times and have the takeout menu handy!!My only disappointment is that they did not have bruscetta, my favorite yummy, and was told it was a special occasion appetizer... not sure why.UPDATE 10/2018: THEY NOW OFFER BRUSCETTA and it's THE BOMB!
