For me, it is not the Martial Art, but the instruction that is most important. From my past taekwondo training I was in tip top shape, but was never quite sure if I could apply what I had learned in real life. Not all instructors are equiped at teaching the self-defense aspects of martial arts. Master Omar's coaching is the most detailed I've come accross; definately applicable for real life self defense situations. More...
