I hired the party minibus to take a small group of us to a graduation ball. It was a fantastic start to the night. Everyone loved it. Will be hiring again!

Always use streetcars. Never had any problems at all! Arrived back from holiday early hours of Sunday morning and taxi was there waiting. Claire was our driver and was lovely. My youngest son was asking if she had lights in her bus but she never and informed us she is getting them soon, so I am sure we will be using you again so he can see them haha . We got the 14 seater for my friends 60 birthday from the minute we got in the taxi our driver was fab couldn’t got a better person we were all in fancy dress he put the music on for us to sing along and made our whole journey to Newcastle fantastic got us in the mood very polite and full of fun We all just want to say a big Thankyou See you all again soon

I hired Streetcars for my wedding evening guests transport. I had been in contact with Bert. I have to say his communication was amazing, very understanding of changes I needed to make and very accomadating. We used the 16 seater and it was a very smart bus. Not my usual taxi provider but used them twice in the last week. First time the driver (Ken) was a medium, and gave me an unbelievably accurate message from my aunt who passed 4 years ago, lovely guy. The second time last night, taking my kids to their nanas and my 4 year old daughter who has autism was not happy about getting in the big white minibus that turned up (she’s never been in one) and how dark it was inside. I told the driver about her condition as she can be a handful. He flicked a switch and put multicoloured strobe lights on for her and kept her talking the whole journey. Every taxi company should have something like this and the extent of knowledge the driver had of Autism was admirable. As someone who sees their child and parenting skills judged regularly I could not be more appreciative. Well done streetcars. More...

Just got a taxi to central station from a man called graham driving a berlingo and can I just say what a lovely person he is, an absolutely pleasure and he was very courteous and drove right in to central station car park so we were straight on to the platform. Highly recommend thanks again

Excellent service , booked 16 seater to drop us at Heworth metro for the gnr for 7am , driver very friendly and checked our return bus was booked in , a different driver collected us at South Shields at 445 to return , poor driver had to fight through all the traffic but was still there to get us with a smile on his face and listened to our moans and groans THANK YOU STREET CARS , TOP SERVICE !!

We used Streetcars Mini bus earlier this year for 9 of to travel from Westwood Yurts into Newcastle. It cost us £60 for a return journey so very reasonable, the mini bus was comfortable, turned up on time and were accommodating when we had to change times. Would definitely use them again.

Tonight, myself and my sister and friends were picked up by Claire. She was outstanding in her service, laughed with us even tho it was 4am. ....laughed with us even tho we were annoying.. Laughed with us even tho we were drunk..... She ensured we were all safe and welcome and demonstrated exactly why I choose streetcar all of the time, she has converted my sisters and friends also.
