The Korean Bbq pork carnitas tacos were absolutely amazing! My boyfriend had the pork nachos, and I was so impressed that the tortilla chips were definitely homemade and the jalapeños were fresh, not pickled.

My husband and I shared a Pastrami on rye today from your truck at ShamRock Fest. It was AMAZING! Definitely the best meal we have had from a food truck and I have had a lot of Pastrami sandwiches on my life but this one was THE BEST. The two ladies running the truck were very friendly and sweet. I just walked to your truck at Marble West Side and I asked you to make me my tacos without dairy, chile or anything remotely spicy. .. Knowing I come with ridiculous expectations, especially in New Mexico, you totally delivered. The fish taco dish I just devoured in about 4 minutes was probably the best I've ever had. Update: came back, chips were cooked to perfection, pork belly sandwich was absolutely fantastic! my dad got the shrimp sandwich, which he enjoyed but still misses the chicken curry sandwich .

I love you guys, get it every Friday at the Marble Tap Room. But today was terrible. Fries were not even remotely close to cooked and the green chili burger had almost no green chili and the burger was so seasoned on one half that was all I could taste but the other half tasted good minus the lack of and chili.
