Great service and communication!John diagnosed and repaired my computer with efficience, I was afraid that it was the motherboard or the power supply of my CPU, John found the issue and solved it quickly, also he connected all my external hard drives into the CPU as I asked him if was possible to, no extra charges for diagnose and a forced format or/and install-reinstall iOS like other franchises in the area would do just to rip you off first, very communicative, honest, fast, reliable and reasonable priceI totally recommend his services

John was absolutely amazing. My son had built a gaming PC from scratch but it wouldn't stay on. We had tried everything. John said that if he couldn't fix it he wouldn't charge us anything! He did fix it though and really quickly. I took it round on Saturday evening and on Sunday morning he called and I picked it up. A really good price and we are all over the moon. I checked on line for a computer repair and saw that these guys had five stars so thought I'd give them a try. As always with computer glitches it's an emergency. I dropped my laptop to the address on Sunday afternoon and at 8pm received a text saying he'd cleaned it all up and installed new software. The service was quicker and less expensive than I'd ever experienced with other services in the past. This service in my opinion totally deserves five stars. More...
