I’ve only met Katie through yoga and I’m incredibly inlove with her coaching!! I’ve met multiple coaches and she’s one of those who’s able to guide you in a way where you go outside of your bubble no matter how tricky and uncertain it is.

My experience working with Katie, thus far, is limited to her 6 am yoga class at Blackdog Yoga Studio in Sherman Oaks,CA. If this class is an accurate indication of Katie's abilities as a life coach, then she is a phenomenal coach . Not only, does she consistently deliver expertise in guiding her class, she does so with wit, humor, insight, wisdom and integrity. Anyone who can routinely perform at this level at 6am is truly remarkable in her talent. The level of commitment and passion for her work is always apparent. The compassion Katie demonstrate toward every class attendant is clear. I recommend Katie as a life coach for anyone who may be going through a growth period or simply seeking an inspirational mentor who has walked the walk. What do you love most about your job?
For me, there is nothing more gratifying than seeing my clients heal and/or create real change in their lives! Being able to sit with someone as they work through the challenge that it is to grow is something I hold sacred. I deeply respect people who are able to face the hard stuff and feel honored to empower them to do so.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having gone through my own troubles and knowing a way out made we want to share that with others. And...I always loved the idea of being my own boss!
Why should our clients choose you?
I'd say, number one, listen to yourself. If you check out my website and feel a pull towards me, then go with that. If something feels off to you, trust that. That said, I've done my own work and continue to do it, which is essential for people who wish to help others. You can only help others as much as you have helped yourself and I've dedicated the last 10 years of my life to personal transformation. I have beaten bulimia and addiction (I say that with deep humility), and achieved things I never thought possible -- such as having clients as far away as South Africa and Denmark! I am told I a warm, non-judgmental and I ask questions that allow people to access their own truth. I'll also give you a gentle kick in the butt when needed. :)
