Used their services twice and on both occasions my goods needed to be in storage. Everything was wrapped well and delivered exactly as it was packed. No damage. On my second move I actually made a mistake with the date of delivery. I remember calling in the morning expecting my delivery, only to check my emails and realised that I inserted an incorrect month. I requested September 2018 instead of August 2018.
