Horrific experience ..they took my money 23rd feb for a promised 5th march installation. One of 2 worktops was installed but damaged and still waiting for the other with promise after promise on delivery being broken. ...taking court action now..do not use these people. More...

We came across Stone range worktops in Waltham abbey by chance whilst searching for a new kitchen worktop. The first meeting was with Jim who discussed the various price points of their extensive high quality range. He was helpful without being pushy and a delight to deal with. Litsa finalised the sale, friendly and efficient. Peter, the manager, also sourced a piece for a sink vanity unit that we are upcycling from offcuts that they offer. Remi and his colleague fitted the worktop with precision and care, just in time for Christmas. The place was a bit hard to find but was well worth the effort. The staff was very professional, showed us around a wide range of worktops, discussed design ideas and gave us valuable tips.
The office is just above the workshop so you know you are not dealing with middlemen.
The entire process of selecting the worktop, templating and having it professionally installed took just over a week, and was done for a very reasonable price.
Overall very pleased with the worktop and the experience, and would definitely recommend to others.
