I am a contractor with over 26 years of experience. I have used Stone Marts products for numerous projects that I have built for others and for projects on my personal home. Stone Mart has a great selection of natural stone and other wall and flooring products. They are my “go-to” company for all my travertine and marble products – great selection, great value. Moreover, their showroom always has eager to help sales and designer staff to guide you with selections. On my recent purchases, I had questions before and after the sale. We drove ovr 70 miles to visit their showroom, and the trip was well worth it. We arrived without a reservation, and Marilyn Guzman greeted us as we entered the show room. She gave us a tour and the layout of the land, listened to what we were looking for, gently and professionally steered us in the right direction, then let us browse on our own so we could discuss things between us. I had a few projects in mind that included a fair amount of travertine. Needless to say there are plenty of choices out there when it comes to suppliers. Most import to me is not only price, (though that is near the top), but the whole B2B relationship. I.e. getting the order correct, making the right suggestions with options, timing of the delivery etc.. Also important is how a supplier responds to an issue/mistake.
