I love the classes I attend on Wednesday and Friday mornings. All instructors are great about reminding us to only push ourselves according to our own body's specifications, never to over-extend and injure ourselves.

I was invited to try a free class as I have a friend who is a local and attends this studio often. I took Charlotte's Thursday night class and found it extremely calming and relaxing! Charlotte has a wonderful presence and calming energy. The studio is clean, organized, and has a quaint, "home-grown" feel to it. Definitely a great place to check out if you're in the area! More...
