Great place to have your venison processed. Grinding trim and vacuum sealed cuts is standard with processing fee. Venison speciality meats (summer sausage and sticks) are fair priced and excellent. We highly recommend Stoddard's Catering to any one wanting delicious food at an affordable price! We hired them to cater our wedding in June and were so pleased with everything! Brianna was amazing to work with and was very helpful with the planning. The glazed pork tenderloin was out of this world as was the beef brisket and sides.
