Stillwater Counseling & Counseling Services offers professional psychotherapy services, also known as counseling to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. We can also conduct assessments, behavior management, individual therapy and couples therapy with the use of effective, research-based strategies and interventions to include EMDR, CBT, Trauma-focused CBT, Sand tray therapy, and therapeutic art.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to help people. I have a wealth of life experiences from different careers and from different phases in my life that has given me knowledge that I can share with others. I love when a client is doing well and leaves my practice with the mental and emotional skills and abilities to be successful on their own lives. That is the ultimate goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a couple of successful businesses as I love to make jewelry and our parent company consults on a variety of projects. Opening Stillwater CCS has been an adventure so far, but I had a lot of support from my colleagues as well as my family. I really wanted a comfortable space that I could call my own and to be able to do so in a professional location that is accessible from different parts of the city makes it easier for me as well as my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
My current clients came with me to Stillwater CCS from two different locations. We try our best to be accommodating to our clients. We have coffee, tea and water available in the office and an inviting environment that caters to our clients. We use research-based strategies and counseling techniques. We really listen to our clients and ensure that they receive individualized care. We also respond very quickly should a need arise.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy $75
1 hour session with Licensed Professional Counselor
Play Therapy $65
45 minute session of play therapy with a Licensed Professional Counselor (ages 6 to 10)
EMDR Therapy $120
Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy with a Licensed Professional Counselor who is certified in this technique
Cognitive Behavior Therapy LPC Associate/Intern $50
1 hour session with a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Licensed Master in Social Work or Licensed Professional Counselor Intern under supervision of a LPC Supervisor. This means that a counselor is still under 3000 hours needed for full license, but is close to being full licensed.
