I had the privilege of booking Still Rollin' for my wedding reception and they did NOT disappoint! We tried their food for the first time at Feed the Camel just a couple of months ago (after we'd already booked them) and were impressed by the Reuben and Buffalo Mac rolls. I will say that the crispiness of the egg roll does not hold up well when placed in a styrofoam box to go but if you're able to eat it on-site after being freshly made, the texture is perfect! We saved the Monte Cristo for the wedding night and were once again amazed by the complex textures and taste. The loaded truffle fries looked and smelled delicious, I just didn't have any room to try them this go-around. I didn't meet a single guest that didn't love their roll and they did well with keeping the line moving for the full two hours. I found their event pricing to be extremely fair and the owner did a great job of communicating at the initial booking and in the days leading up to the event. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book a food truck, as long as they have a minimum of 65 people to feed. Thanks for everything, Regina! More...
