I like to ask about the client themselves. All my working realtionships are built on a trust & friendship.
I also like to know why the need for the project has arose and what the goal is.

I need to know if there is a deadline.
I organise my workflow so all deadlines are met.
It helps to have a design brief or a chat about what the project should look and feel like.
