Although a relatively small project, my office building is part of a steep terraced house and garden half way up the Malvern Hills. From the first meeting, Steve was superb and explained the whole process and all the options. The majority of the work was done whilst we were away on holiday, and now completed, it looks fantastic. WP Rendering came out to look at our office and garage building, which we were looking at having rendered. Steve, the owner, was fantastic! He brought various colour samples with him and talked knowledgeably about the different render materials we could use on our project. After giving us the various pros and cons of each one, we decided on one. We felt extremely confident in our decision to use WP Rendering and we were not disappointed. From the beginning of the job, until the end, the communication was second to none. We knew exactly what was happening at each stage, how long it would take and which of the team would be on site on a given day. The team were courteous, professional and, best of all, tidy! WP Rendering have made our 1930's semi look pristine, with it's new coat of render, and what is even better,the house feels warmer due to the insulation layer. The team of workmen worked very hard, and were considerate of our needs during their work for us, and cleared up as much as they could when the work was complete. WP Rendering were professional from start to finish. WP provided fantastic advice, helped and guided us with our choice of rendering and cladding, managing the entire process on time. It was a pleasure to have WP employees working at our home as they were polite and tidy, nothing was too much trouble. WP lime rendered our 1820's property and the finish is fantastic. There was some unavoidable damage to windows along the way but this was rectified and everything looks like the original mouldings now. The paint company that they use also went out of their way to match our existing house paint colour which wasn't in their standard range. The team work extremely hard, are very polite and a pleasure to have on site. Steve is also very approachable and remains in contact to let you know what is happening on the job which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend them! More...

Excellent workmanship and finish by a great team of workers who were prepared to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Not the cheapest contractor I found but I hired them because I thought they really knew what they were doing and understood what I wanted to achieve. WP rendered our house and our neighbours house at the same time, a pair of semi-detached in Evesham. The service really was The Best! First class workers that did an excellent job. They were hard working and the results speak for themselves. All exposed areas were masked up and they cleaned up afterwards. The finished result is amazing. Engaged Steve earlier this year to quote on the re-rendering of a period property using traditional lime based materials. Not a simple job and Steve was happy to visit the site, discuss our requirements and advise on the specification of the different materials we'd need for each coat of render and paint . This was followed up by email with comprehensive information and product spec sheets. Being a period property, the removal of the old render revealed a need for repairs to brickwork and some ornamental mouldings. Steve helped by brokering this work and introduced me to some trade & craftsmen. He was flexible enough to reschedule his own plans to allow for the remedial work to complete. WP could easily (and literally) have plastered over the problem areas, but Steve was committed to achieving a lasting finish and it's this approach which sets WP apart. I am very impressed with the quality of the work undertaken. Being from an engineering background I made a point of making sure the system was installed as per manufacturers recommendations and can honestly I did not see any corners cut or 'bodges'. Our home of nine years was built circa 1911. But after years of being patched up with several different renders, following various different alterations/extensions, in addition to a cheap paint job it endured by the previous owners, it’s fair to say it was looking rather shabby. We invited three companies to quote for the works but settled on WP Rendering as we felt Steve was the most engaging and knowledgeable about the products and services his company could offer. We opted for the ‘Eco Rendering System’. The price quoted was competitive. We have been overwhelmed by the finished product and the way our home now looks. Additionally, although it was need to improve the look of our house that drove us to seek the works, we have been amazed at how much warmer our house is, thus saving us money on our energy bills!
