A great sports massage - highly recommended. For anybody looking to loosen up or sort out a few niggles (whether its for sport or leisure) I would really go in for Steve's deep tissue sports massage. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. In my first session I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed from the off. During the initial consultation, Steve listened well to what I needed/where any aches and pains were...and the following treatment was spot on. Also great advice given for future exercises, stretches and what to do immediately after the treatment. Great massages from Steve and very reasonably priced. I called him last minute and he was able to fit me in. Very convenient as he comes to your home, no hassle, he sets up quickly and very soon you forgot you're in your own front room!
He was able to identify and address the specific muscles that were causing me problems from running.
Steve was able to give good advice on what to do in between massages, which has been helpful.
He seemed knowledgable, professional and confident in his practice.
Would definitely be using him again.
