I have always had a fascination with the property market, and It was probably my lack of personal knowledge surrounding mortgages in the first place that got me involved in this line of work. After many years of working towards a thorough understanding of the complexities surrounding mortgages, I decided that it was time to share this knowledge.

I’m not a mortgage seller, or a product pusher, I’m not here to make a fortune at your expense. Of course, I’m running a business and I will get commission from the lender you choose to go with. But ultimately, I’m here to take the load off you a little. A google search for available mortgages won’t take into consideration your full situation. I will tell you which products and lenders to avoid and steer you towards the ones that are best suited to your individual needs. Sometimes your individual situation might mean that a mortgage isn’t available at that time, in which case we can help you develop a plan of action for the future.

We are still being as cautious as possible and prefer to provide our services online, via email and over the phone. Face to face meetings are possible but the above is preferred at this moment in time.

We are providing a lot more remote services and have reduced the amount of face to face meetings. If we need to meet in the office, the space is sanitised and government guidance is followed, including the use of face masks and social distancing.
