How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We love to hear suggestions, and requests from our clients when developing their menu - some people absolutely love some things and others not so much - it's about what YOU want to eat for your special event, not what we want you to eat.
What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting new people and helping them to achieve an experience and event that they will look back on and smile about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 15 years of catering high end events for a large employer, we decided we wanted to do more personal events and interact with our customers more. We also wanted to bring back the art of customer service when choosing and working with a caterer, rather than feeling like it was just a quick business transaction.
