Having Stereo Fusion ENT dJ at our wedding was one of many great decisions we made when planning our super fun uniquely "us" wedding. Sylvan was very professional, friendly, flexible, and played all the right notes the entire night ! Can you believe, that at one point we weren't even considering having a dj !  Me and my now husband (strange saying that) are music lovers of all sorts and figured it couldn't be so hard to create a cool playlist for the night.  We weren't interested in any corny wedding games and on top of that, we were concerned about the limited space for set up and dancing . Long story short, it was much harder then we thought and we needed help. I contacted Sylvan thru yelp and he responded quickly with availability and price. Following a short  initial visit near our venue (we wanted to meet Sylvan in person, because it seemed weird not to ) , we knew he was the right person to work with. He understood what kind of vibe and music we were interested in. We liked that he was low key yet confident. We left the meeting thinking that Sylvan is someone we could be friends with. As it turned out he knew a few of our friends at our wedding . Cool. A couple of weeks before our wedding date , We communicated via email to establish the time line and requested music list . On the day of , he must have arrived at the venue early to set up because he was ready to go and cued the music on the dot. Following our lovely ceremony we transitioned into the cocktail hour and reception. Sylvan is really awesome at reading a crowd and going with the flow. He took a lot of song requests and was able to get a great sense of what our friends and family wanted to hear .  During dinner, our guests had so much fun singing along to all the dope songs he kept playing. One of our friends said that he found it hard to eat , because he had to stop and sing like very 5 minutes !  So awesome .Sylvan is an all around dj genius.  He's very natural, nothing felt forced or over produced. He's got incredible timing and is quick on his feet. Sylvan is just cool. He played the most fun songs to dance to and honored our music wish list down to the very last song, which fittingly was ice cube - it was a good day.  We couldn't have asked for a better day and night! Sylvan did an amazing job DJing my wedding this past month. We hired him months ago and described the type of music and vibes we wanted at our wedding & Sylvan carried through. We had people up dancing & having a great time. He also did a great job keeping up with our timeline and ensuring things were announced accordingly. I really appreciate how he edited our first dance/father daughter/mother son song so it wasn't soooo long. Everything turned out perfect. He played the r&b/hiphop/hyphy/Spanish music that we requested! We also hired his photobooth services & it was great as well, the strips were clear, there were lots of fun props & our guests had a lot of fun. We hired Sylvan to DJ my daughter's party.  He was excellent from the start.  He responded to emails promptly and was easy to communicate with.  The entire setup and planning went very smoothly.  At the event itself, Sylvan was great.  He arrived early and had everything ready to go before the start of the event.  He made all the announcements we needed and played the requested songs, as well as other songs he felt were appropriate.  A few of my guests commented as to how good our DJ was.  I would hire Sylvan again if the need for a DJ ever arises. We hired Sylvan for our June 2nd wedding in Chico and have nothing but good things to say about him and his service. To start, I contacted him through yelp and he replied to me quickly and answered all of my questions. Next was the meet and greet. He had a lot of availability and worked with us on a time and location. During the meet, he was very friendly and personable and knowledgeable (everything you want in a DJ). He broke everything down: time, pricing, equipment, and what is included. Unbeatable prices! We got the gold package that includes ceremony and reception, up lights, and added a monogram a photo booth (with a discount) with unlimited prints and a guest book. We got to choose a back drop, photo strip and monogram design! We shared our ideas with him and he made it happen! He was also great about last minute changes or questions.On the day of the wedding, I didn't know he was there until right before the ceremony, which is a good thing! That means he was able to arrive and set up without difficulties or needing me which left me with less stress and more time to get ready. That shows that he is a pro! I had 4 different songs for the ceremony and the timing was perfect. He helped keep the reception flowing and communicated with us throughout. I told him the genres we wanted (Hip hop, r&b, country, oldies, Spanish, etc) and asked that he played what he believed was appropriate at the time. The photo booth was a hit! He had an assistant and tons of props. He was able to get most of our guests dancing on the dance floor and had them wanting more after the music had to stop due to the venue's time ordinance. The next day we realized that we were missing a lot of photo strips that we took towards the end of the night. With all of the clean up commotion we had no idea who grabbed what. I emailed him the next day and he told us he saw them and grabbed them and was able to mail them to us! We are grateful for that! Sylvan was amazing! My ceremony was outside and reception inside. We had weather issues the day of but he was so flexible going from outside to inside back to outside. I gave him my timeline and he followed it to a T! He was so great on the mic. Played all the right music and super professional. He also gave us our our monogram that lite up the dance floor which was a nice special touch. He also added lots of lighting around the room which set the dance mood at night! A few of my friends were recently married and said that he did such an amazing job compared to theirs and was super impressed. If you need an amazing DJ choose him! He will make your big day great! Sylvan has done a wonderful job with being our DJ, Emcee, and photo booth dude. He was super easy to work with and made sure everything went down smoothly for our wedding! We just provided him with a genre of music we wanted at our wedding (90's R&B/Rap) and he picked truly awesome songs. Our guests felt nostalgic and commented on how great the music selection was. He also provided the lighting for the reception, made a custom monogram that was spotlighted on the dance floor, and took song requests for any song we wanted. Having Sylvan DJ my wedding was by far one of the best decisions I made in regards to my wedding. We met a few times leading up to the day to make payments and discuss our playlists. He pretty much took a huge load off of us and kind of controlled the flow of the wedding(one less thing I had to worry about). Hours before my wedding was set to begin, my husband decided he wanted to change our first dance song.He texted Sylvan last minute and Sylvan made it happen! We had a "Love & Basketball" themed wedding and during the cake cutting, Sylvan played the hit song This Woman's Work by Maxwell from the movie Love & Basketball. I had a guest tell me that song was genius to play at that time.I gave Sylvan all the credit for that, he did that on his own! We hired Sylvan as our DJ for our gender reveal party in Elk Grove a few moths ago.  He worked with me weeks prior to the event and asked what types of songs to play during the celebration.  I let him know that although we didn't need a lot of dancing type songs, more of continuous streaming of music from country to pop and some 80s music.  Our party was also during a Niners game and since we were outside, a few of the guest were missing out on watching the game on tv.  Sylvan was able to stream the game live (I don't know how!) and everyone was impressed!  Needless to say he's very accommodating, creative and will go out of his way to make your day special.  During the gender reveal he did a count down as we popped open the balloon.  He got everyone excited and it was awesome!!  I'm so excited for our wedding next May and can't wait to see him and his team in full action!! I booked Sylvan as my wedding DJ because I knew he was going to be able to bring the right kind of music for the crowd. 80s & 90s R&B and old school hip hop. He was on point and always checked in to make sure that the timeline was correct. He was also very flexible when we needed to speed things up or slow things down. Everyone at the wedding kept asking who the DJ was because they loved the music throughout the dinner. Then when it was time to dance, he got everyone dancing on the dance floor! He was very easy to work with as far as getting him the deposit, discussing the wedding timeline and music for each section of the reception. He is very patient and set up quickly and was able to work with the restaurant staff too.He also has hook ups to a photo booth, (social snap shots photobooth) which made the deal even sweeter. Sylvan did an AMAZING job at our wedding! I am currently stationed in OKC and he is very patient and understanding with all timelines. Being that I was not in California to meet with my vendors, I had to communicate a lot via phone/e-mail. Sylvan was very QUICK with getting back to me and if he was busy for whatever reason he assured he would get back to me as soon as possible. He is the best DJ I have ever booked/worked with. This guy..... Sylvan is such a kick-a** DJ!!!!!! He went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. I mean, he traveled all the way down to Southern California to DJ our wedding. Such a professional, he set up was awesome, and even brought his brother to help him. The tunes were flowing, the guests were dancing, and we all had a wonderful time!!! Sylvan killed it as our wedding DJ! He definitely knew what style of music we were looking for and he helped keep the dance floor packed out! Sylvan even went out of his way to help us with small audio projects that were not part of his main job (splicing our first song together, downloading our exit song for the actual church ceremony.) Used Stereo Fusion for a school jog-a-thon! He played age appropriate music for the kids. His music made running around a field over and over so much fun! I loved watching them dance while jogging and getting excited when their favorite songs came on. The event was on school campus in a large field. Sylvan had all of the equipment and his speakers were loud enough to fill the large space! Also booked Stereo Fusion for a small house party. He played the perfect music all night long. More...

Sylvan was amazing! We found him on thumbtack and we couldn't be happier. He helped me plan the evening with a time line as a guide which helped me know how the night was supposed to go. During our search for a DJ/MC, we were offered varying rates in our quote and some DJs  have been less than professional and close to being condescending and demeaning. We were so happy to have found Sylvan via Thumbtack for our reception event. He was easy to work with and very flexible with last minute changes. He considered our song requests. His playlist worked our crowd up and it was so lively! Really appreciate his work and it was a pleasure to work with him. He stayed professional throughout our interactions and the event. His presentation style was down-to-earth and easy going, which was what we wanted. He also provides projector/screen rental and played our video for us during the event.
