Once again Stephen, amazed us with his design talent. This man has magic hands its unbelievable what he can do with fabric and a simple idea. Place yourself in his hands, trust him and I guarantee you he always exceeds expectations. He designed my daughter Monnique's matric farewell dress and made her the talk of the town and three years later her wedding dress again he made what could have been stressful a breeze. This time round he also made my Queen Quinn shine with a perfect outfit and made me look respectable. You have again outdone yourself. Thank you Thank you Thank you. We had a wonderful evening at Stephward Estate -ate smoked salmon starter with Syephen's delicious homemade bread, oxtail and rack of lamb for mains and a delicious boozy berry crepe and ice cream for dessert. The oxtail was delicious and beautifully tender -the meat fell off bones. My husband's lamb had an interesting blend of spices -such a nice change from the usual rosemary and garlic. Stephen (chef ) hinted at 38 spices in his unique blend. We shared the boozy berry crepes and ice cream and have no regrets! Host Howard was affable and had some interesting stories to share about the place, it's history and the wonderful selection of "objets " on display. I do hope we can return in daylight and enjoy the exotic nursery and the exterior setting as much as we enjoyed the interior. This looks like an amazing occasion venue too. More...
