Fantastic service from these guys called in a panic as I was locked out of my house due to the mechanism going. They gave me an accurate estimate time to come and sort this out, got me back in my home no bother and managed to complete the repair on the door in no time at all! This was after the supplier of the door fobbed me off saying that the door was not covered under warranty and they would have to log the job and then order the parts, thus not helping in any way as they were talking days. These guys got the parts needed and fixed the lock in no time at all, under an hour of arrival as part was not on van. All this and with a guarantee for 1 year thrown in.
