With my office in Southlake, my approach is eclectic in nature when it comes to treating depression and anxiety. As such, I believe there is no "one size fits all" type of counseling.

Furthermore, to accomplish this and get lasting results for my clients experiencing depression and anxiety, I integrate specialized complementary approaches and techniques. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
