Passionate and enthusiastic individual offering personal training and nutritional advice to help you reach your goals. I work out of brilliant gym with a large variety of equipment and space indoors and outdoors. Sessions are available to be booked daily and also great to take advantage of the private sessions between 11am and 4pm.

I really enjoy my personal training sessions at Unit3 PT because it is very private and in an excellent location, so I don't worry about there being lots of people around like I would in a normal gym. The trainers have great knowledge which they show with every client and offer a range of different ways to train. More...

I ensure that above all my clients learn to enjoy their fitness journey. It is important that ultimately you look forward to what you do to ensure that it is continued outside of the 1-to-1 sessions; making it part of your lifestyle. I incorporate a variety of training methods which will help the client to reaching their specific goals. Every one is individual and therefore I enjoy getting to know my client to ensure create the best programme for them personally.
