I have the skills to help you learn about your body and understand what positive changes you can make to feel amazing about your body and it's abilities. Good health isn't just about eating well and exercising it is about having a balance and being able to enjoy your life- and food! Being body confident and being kind to yourself with positive self talk.

My qualifications include being a registered Sports Nutritionist (which I studied for my MSc) and Level 3 Personal Trainer and a qualified health and wellness coach for the NHS Diabetes Prevention programme where I provide nutrition, fitness and motivational speaking sessions. I am available for weight loss nutrition consultations. I work for the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme so am an expert in managing blood glucose levels with healthy lifestyle changes. I also work for Chelsea FC Foundation as a Health and Wellness Coach.
