Company were professional in their approach however their rates were much higher than cleaners we have used before. We have since secured much cheaper cleaning service that are satisfactory.
StepCo have too many layers of management. If they cut management jobs they could cut their rates.

I have used Step Eco services for 2 years and cannot commend them enough. It was a tedious search finding a quality and reliable cleaning service.
Although a little pricier than others, Lina and her staff are worth it. Monika initially, Alina and then Juliana were diligent, thorough and totally reliable. Juliana also stepped in to help a family member being treated for cancer and needed to be sure his apartment was cleaned throughly.
I would highly recommend their services.

I would give no rating. These people are truly abominable.
I used their service twice and 1st time the cleaning lady used a product on our brand new house/ brand new toilet basin (marble) which made the grey black marble turn in to a grey stain.
i spoke to Elaina and then she and her husband came to look at it used some soda on it to make matters worse. left it like that saying they will replace it. this was on the second day i used their cleaner and that lady broke my automatic opening cupboard doors by forcefully trying to close it and jammed the doors.
after this Elaina and her husband have tried their best to not answer my phone calls or reply to any messages and to date i have heard nothing from them. Once i saw her driving past me in gerrards cross and she looked away and drove past. Please don't use their service. they are dishonest liers. now i have to take matters through legally to recover the cost of our brand new wash basin.

Eco Step has been taking care of the cleaning for me since 2014 at my small (but busy) BnB. They are an extremely good cleaning service, managing to get things squeaky clean even after the trashiest hens parties that we host! They are always reliable with bookings, and quite flexible in my case, as the level of cleaning required fluctuates a lot, and sometimes I need to change dates, or clean fast within a limited time window. The quality of work is really impressive, I haven't found any other companies even approach their standards, the staff are attentive and diligent, and I always feel comfortable with them accessing my home even when Im away. Personally me I got Housekeeping Technologist Bachelor Diploma. I am in a cleaning 15 years. Starting from room attendant, rising to Housekeep Manager and now running my cleaning business. All my cleaners I am still training myself. As for me, the most important is a high standard.

Yes, we do. All the required cleaning materials, equipment, as only we know what is working the best to get the job done by the highest standard.

Why should our clients choose you?
They can choose anyone. We are not afraid of any competitions, as we know that we do a very good job. Everyone got their cup of tea. But if you would like to live in a healthy environment and not breath in any chemicals, you will choose us. This is very important for people with kids, ill people (asthma...), pets.

REGULAR CLEANING - £17per hour (£16 if more than 6 hours a week ).

END OFF TENANCY CLEANING
We typically recommend a deep clean ready for the new tenants, ridding the place of odour, stains and general mess. For tenants moving, we guarantee your deposit return.
DEEP CLEANING
We’ll get to all those places we often forget day-to-day. The windows, oven, underneath furniture, fridge, freezer, inside cupboards
& drawers.
IRONING & FOLDING CLOTHES
Getting dressed for work just got easier. We’ll get your laundry wear-ready, ironed, folded & hung.
MATTRESS DEEP CLEAN
You ought to deep clean your mattress every 6 months. We use toxic free products to remove sweat stains, dust mites and bacteria.
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Keep everything looking new. We cover most fabrics including sofas, stools, chairs & rugs.
DEEP CARPET CLEANING. (minimum call out £60.)
Our machines clean deep removing dirt, stains, bacteria & odours from your carpets with minimal drying time.
AFTER PARTY CLEANING
We all like to party but clearing up is never fun for the host. We clean up for both public & private venue events.
