Mike is an awesome, fun and very knowledgeable trainer. He got me through some hard times and got me awesome gains in strength and weight loss.

Mike is hands down the best trainer you'll ever meet. He's crazy knowledgeable, a fantastic teacher, super funny and adapts everything to you. You'll never dread another workout and instead look forward to every session.

The only negative is you'll never be able to go to another trainer again because he sets the bar so high.

Stella Fitness has been a huge blessing in my life. I had a baby a year ago, and have been struggling hard core to get my pre pregnancy body back. Mike has made getting my body back attainable and convenient as he comes to my house so I don't have to find child care. He makes working out fun. He has been able to create a workout plan for me that is attainable and that has helped me improve my strength and lose weight. I've lost 20 pounds since I started working with him in July. He has helped me learn about nutrition and I have been able to change my eating habits with his help and encouragement. Long story short, I just feel a million times better about myself. Nutrition balance, stress management, exercise and a realistic mindset when it comes to what you are willing to sacrifice. My goal is to affect life long change, while getting your body to a point where we can get you to your leanest or most cut within 4-8 weeks at any point throughout the year. It takes time, effort and consistency.

My clients are amazing! Sort of a health nerd, love trying new things with awesome people. I've excelled with people from all walks of life - weight lifters, computer jockeys and professional hockey players - to professional opera singers, massage therapists and yogis.

Gyms are really not all I wanted to get out of the fitness world. I like to explore and experience the lifestyle we create with a sound exercise program.

There is nobody in Utah with the experience, expertise and knowledge I hold. My certifications are top of the line (CSCS, PN1, Bachelors in Kinesiology). My background is wide enough to hit any fitness goal. I worked for 3 years as head personal training department at a big gym after being moved up as a personal trainer. I started a medical gym in Hawaii alongside 9 physical therapists, giving me a wide breadth of knowledge in injuries and rehabilitation. I have spent the last three years building relationships and strong bodies around the Salt Lake Area. I know that exercise can be hard - but if we work togetherI am going to PROVE that I'm working as hard for you as you are for me.
