I think that it's all about the foundations, if there are solid, we can build on it. So, we will make sure that they are solid.

The first layer in your foundation is restoring the confidence. In supporting you, teaching you the basics, showing you that you can. Improvement is a vector of confidence and it lies within you.

You need to remember that if you're sacrificing everything, have no enjoyment at all, whether it's in training or in your food, it would affect your mind, and if your mind is affected........

What I love the most is seeing people improving, I love the journey.
Helping someone going from an idea to materializing it.
I love seeing people getting more confident as the time goes by.
I love the fact that I can bring positivity in people's minds. Showing them that huge goals are not out of reach, that they are the only one that prevent/make things happening.

So, working on the person, not only her/him, but also myself to be able to understand the needs and find the key to have an impact is rewarding.

I've always been involved in sport, playing, soccer, basket ball and started coaching soccer about 20 years ago. Then, coaching the physical side of the sport.
So, it was like an easy transition for me. Personal training or group training. I decided to do my own business in order to apply freely what I believe in, what I've learnt along the way, and still learning while working with my client. I want to have a big impact in people life, while keeping learning from my clients.

Because I'm empathetic, I know how to bring out the best of you, how to listen and find the suitable way.
I've worked with men, women, kids in personal/group training ,but also sport specific. I know how to adapt to the situation.

I've been myself an athlete and work with them on a daily basis, but also beginner. I've help newbies to the gym all the way to their goals and some to competition (it became a new goal when they got more confident).
I'm also proud to say that I've helped a lot of client with knees/hips/back issues, which I feel is really rewarding.
