I recently hired this company to clean my condo (in Toronto) before I move in. They charged me well over a thousand dollars for their most premium service (including sanitising everything with special disinfectant). Seeing as we are in the middle of a pandemic, I thought it is worth it to splurge on this service. I was expecting my apartment to be sparkling clean for that price, however I turned out to be very wrong. The windows were not even cleaned (none of them), the stove top was still dirty (I paid extra for this service alone), and the toilets were a mess. The bathtub was still dirty, so much so that i could still see human hair in it from the previous tenant. Their customer service is non-existent so none of my calls have been returned ever since they got their money. Overall, I am very disappointed. More...

They are responsible and punctual. Steve did an amazing job to clean my shower tiles and grout! Not only that, they changed all the caulkings too. Just like an old dirty shower to a brand new one. We are so grateful to steam to clean for saving our sofa. When our child threw up on it, I thought we would never get the smell out. I tried everything I could, after researching online how to remove the odour, but I just couldn't get rid of it. When my husband decided to hire steam to clean, I was skeptical.
