We purchased a house about 10 years ago in Keystone Ranch that had water and mold damage from broken pipes. The damage was extensive. At that time we hired SteamMaster to do the remedial work and their performance was excellent. This same house is now “under contract” and if all goes according to plan will close in September. The issue concerning the flooding was revealed on the property disclosure form. I called SteamMaster to get as much information as I was able to to present to the potential buyers. StreamMaster attended to all my questions and were very helpful in getting the information to me quickly so as not to disturb the flow of the inspection and the sale process. They provided reports and photos showing the extent of their work. Another company came in to insure there were no issues with mold in the house. In conclusion, I will say that I was impressed not only with the work performed 10 years ago but also with the ease and speed they were able to put together a package that was forwarded to the potential buyers. The ***** ****** ********** ******* extends sincere thanks to your company for the quick and professional response at the ***** Library on Jan. 10 when a broken water pipe caused a flood in the historical archive room. The documents in that room are the records of the county’s existence. Some of the papers and photos date back to the late 1800s. Most of that stuff cannot be replaced. We want to particularly thank your assistant restoration manager, Jeff S******l, for immediately recognizing the value of the historic documents. Jeff politely and persistently encouraged the library staff to call in Mike from ******** *** *********** to evaluate the damage and take the necessary steps for restoration of these priceless items. As is the nature of these kinds of incidents, it was initially rather chaotic. Jeff was calm and reassuring. I credit his advice with helping to save an important portion of our collection. A pipe burst in my house last week. This was the first major incident i've had to deal with as a homeowner. Steam master sent Greg Tracy to take care of this issue. Greg was incredible. I thought the carpet in my rental unit was trashed, with stains and very dirty high-traffic areas. When I walked in after Steam Masters came, I couldn't believe it! They are much more than carpet cleaners. They are full restoration service providers for any water damage, fire, mold or old. Just hurry and call them so that they can get their quickly to avoid further damage. The longer you wait, the worse it will be. I arrived in Vail on July 23 2017 to find a broken toilet valve that had been running water for a month on the top floor of a multi-story townhouse. The entire unit was trashed including a basement filled with water. I called Steam Master immediately and they showed up with a large team led by Jeff S. Over the next few weeks they removed all the sheet rock, carpet, and did the mold remediation until we finally passed the test a few month later. This same team loaded up and stored our remaining furniture for a year until the rebuild was completed in July of 2018. The team at SteamMaster went above and beyond to help me recently. I brought in multiple rugs that had pet stains due to an aging pet of mine. Not only did the rugs come back extremely clean, they were under the previously quoted price. What set the experience apart was that they also took the time to speak with me about my pet and reach me on a personal level.
