Gina! I still can't believe the amazing customer service. Â I called a it was my mother's 85th birthday. Â She made a point of making sure that I was aware that she COULD put together an arrangement, however, she could put together a much better arrangement when they had fresh flowers in. Â As Steamboat is IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE - I appreciated the fact that she was honest and wanted to provide the best possible arrangement. Â Gina offered to CALL my mother - wish her a happy birthday and let her know that there was a spectacular arrangement coming in a day or two. Always a beautifully set-up shop, and the arrangements are phenomenal. I received a birthday bouquet from my boyfriend, and what can I say---JUST GORGEOUS!
I have never seen an arrangement come out of that shop that wasn't exceptional. Plus, Gina's hilarious and friendly.
I have had arrangements from other shops in Steamboat, and nothing compares to Steamboat Floral.

From the outside, this looks like a standard get-well-soon card with balloon flower shop. Once through the threshold, a botanical bounty graces all of your senses. You may say I'm being flowery with my language, but it has nothing on this shop. My girlfriend and I came here to buy a bouquet as a thank you for my mom for hosting us over Thanksgiving. We thought we would be picking up a drugstore bouquet, but walked out with a masterfully made arrangement thanks to the shop owner. We just picked out a couple flowers, and she took our weird random collection of stuff and transformed it into a work of art. When we got back to my mom's house, I felt proud to give her a truly beautiful gesture of our thanks. I will be going here for all of my future flower needs. I had a beautiful arrangement delivered while I was out of state, and unable to go into the actual shop. The florist was very attentive and able to provide me with just what I was looking for on short notice.
