A small domestic job which was handled quickly and efficiently. The company have a good online system, with confirmation of the booking e-mailed to me, and a reminder note as well. After starting to put the Christmas decorations up early in December I realised (as I do every year) that rather than just decorating the tree I have the same logistical nightmare with where everything is going to get plugged in year after year. We end up with trailing cables, endless extension cords – it’s just a nightmare.

After seeing a brilliantly timed Facebook post from Carl Firmstone at Stator Electrical Solutions I asked for a quote for providing additional sockets in my living room and home office.

Carl responded quickly with a brilliant quote and the work was booked in for the following week. Carl’s team fitted 3 new sockets in just an hour with no mess or fuss and were friendly and helpful.

I contacted Carl Firmstone of Stator Electrical Solutions Limited as I had an issue with some lighting at my property. I had, had several other electrician look at the problem and although they had provided some short term fixes the problem persisted.

Carl sent his team (who arrived on time and even called me to let me know when they would be at my property) out to my home and after a quick chat about and a look at the problem they had worked out what the problem was, they then proceeded to repair the issue straight away and there was no need for a second visit. Whilst working Carls team were very clean, tidy and polite. They created very little mess whilst working and the small amount that they did they cleaned up before they left.

Carl team also suggested that it may be worth my while to look at replacing some of the lighting in my home that could be done relatively easily and cheaply and would also save me money on my electricity bills so much so that it would pay for itself with a few years.

Following this work I would have no hesitation to recommend Carl and his company Stator Electrical Solutions Limited to any of my family, friends and contacts.

I just wanted to write and express my thanks for the work you recently did at my house. When someone triggering the outside light managed to blow a fuse that meant all our downstairs lights stopped working, it caused a bit of a problem. Not least, the fact that I work from home and would be unable to until to continue working until the power returned.Having called you in a bit of a panic you said that, as you were in the local area, you would be able to come over and look at the issue. After arriving at exactly the time you said, you quickly found that the issue wasn’t with the outside light at all but a kitchen light that had been installed by another electrician whose work, it turned out, left a lot to be desired.Having quickly found the fault, and quicker still resolved the issue, the lights were back on and I could get back to work. At the same time, I asked about a problem with our bathroom light but, as this was not as urgent, you came back a few days later, when you said you would, to fix this issue.Both times the work was done quickly and cleanly and it quickly becomes apparent the pride you take in the work that you do.
