What do you love most about your job?

After many years and many roles with the same company the best part of being independent is the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across various industries. I love the flexibility, the opportunity to meet lots of new people and the chance to share my skills & knowledge wider than within just 1 business.
I'm passionate about helping businesses to grow by doing more with less which is why I focus on sales processes and strategies and look for areas to improve from reporting & CRM systems to customer contact strategies & sales training.

What inspired you to start your own business?

At the end of 2016 I was made redundant and it gave me the opportunity to assess where I was at with my career and really think about what I wanted to do next. Setting up my own business was something I'd considered for some time but never managed to make the leap. It allows me to make the best use of the years of training & experience I have whilst giving me an opportunity to develop personally as I work in new sectors and industries.
I set up in partnership with my business partner being a trained journalist and web design/SEO specialist which gives us a unique multi-faceted sales & online marketing offering for our clients.

Why should our clients choose you?

My career has been spent in Sales & Operations at a Corporate level. Most recently sales leadership & sales enablement for GE Capital. After 16 years with GE I’m now working independently looking for ways to help other businesses by sharing my experience, skills & knowledge. I have a vast amount of project management experience and direct sales experience. My skills are completely transferable meaning I am able to work with any process and in any industry providing there is a culture of honesty and openness to change. I focus on saving time, money and ensuring businesses make the most of valuable resources.
On a personal note I'm open and honest in my assessments and recommendations. I look for ways to improve, making sure change is accepted and embedded fully so clients really see and feel the benefit of my input.
